TERMS OF USE AND RISK NOTICE 1. What this is. QBits Trading is software that runs a trading bot for you. It starts in paper mode: the money is virtual and nothing real is bought or sold. 2. No advice. Nothing in the bot, the dashboard, Smart mode, the advisor, the reports or any message is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The numbers are information only. 3. You can lose money. Crypto prices move fast. If you switch on live trading you can lose part or all of the money in the wallet you connect. Past results, paper results and tests on old prices do not promise anything about the future. Paper results are usually better than real ones, because real trades have price impact, fees, failed transactions and delays. 4. Your decisions. You choose the coins, the strategies and the settings, and you decide whether to trade live. You are responsible for every trade your bot makes and for the taxes on it. 5. Your keys. A wallet key that you add is used only to sign your own trades. Use a separate wallet that holds only money you can afford to lose. Never share your key with anyone. A lost key or lost funds cannot be recovered by the operator. 6. No guarantee. The service is provided as it is. It can stop, be wrong, be late or lose data (the internet, Solana, Jupiter, price sources and the hosting can all fail). Nothing is promised about uptime or profit. As far as the law allows, the operator is not liable for trading losses or for loss caused by outages, errors, bugs or other parties. 7. Payments. Paid time is paid in USDC on the Solana network. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed, so payments are not refunded, unless the law says otherwise or the operator decides so. Check the amount, the network and the address before you send. 8. Your data. The account keeps your name, email address, settings, trades and logs so that the service can run. The email address is used for account, payment and security messages. You can ask the operator to delete your account and data at any time. 9. Fair use. Do not misuse the service, do not try to reach other accounts or the server, and do not use more resources than the operator allows. The operator may pause or close an account that does. 10. Changes. The operator may change these terms. When they change, you have to accept the new text before you use the bot again.
